The Supermicro PWS-1K01B-1R is a redundant power supply capable of supplying 1000W output power at high efficiency. Enjoy the simplicity of active power factor correction (PFC) and automatically correct AC input for a full range of voltages. Features a card edge connector for connection with the backplane of compatible Supermicro 1U systems. This power supply is designed to not only provide you reliable power to your Supermicro server but also protects it from over voltage, over current and short circuiting via protective circuitry embedded into the unit. Rest easy knowing your hardware will be up and running with a mean-time between failure (MTBF) of greater than 200,000 hours and an LED indicator to keep you informed on normal/abnormal conditions for your PSU. This power supply is redundant to safe-guard your system from power failure and allows for hot-swap replacement to eliminate system downtime. In addition, this power supply comes equipped with a BBP module to protect from outages in mission-critical server and storage operations. The BBP single module is capable of supplying 500W 90 seconds hold up and redundant mode 2 modules supplying 1000W 90 seconds hold up. All materials contained comply with RoHS requirements and is certified by Supermicro.
