4U GPU System - PCIe Root Architectures
SYS-4029GP-TRT
The two CPUs communicate with GPUs to provide balanced performance & higher CPU to GPU communication.
SYS-4029GP-TRT2
The GPUs communicate with each other via a single CPU root complex, which provides excellent GPU peer to peer communication with reasonable CPU to GPU throughput.
SYS-4029GP-TRT3
The GPUs communicate with each other via the PCIe switches to provide maximum GPU peer to peer communication. Note that there is only one PCIe x16 Gen 3 link between the CPU and the GPUs.
